I love what I do, and I do what I love.

Inspired by a well-traveled, early-day foodie (my American father) and a quintessential Country Women’s association cook (my Nanna ), food was in my blood. Learning leather craft from my saddler grandpa forged a deep respect for craft and tradition. And having a loving, caring and encouraging mother gave me the drive to follow my dreams.

From a very young age I knew I wanted to be when I grew up. I was armed with a passion for food, love of craft and a burning desire be the best I could be. Now, whether it be cooking for charity, teaching or developing and cooking recipes, my philosophy remains static. It’s about sharing (skills, stories, experience and of course food) and respect (of ingredients, tradition, technology and those I work with).
