I am currently a brand ambassador for Sheepmaster and Peerless. This role can be about having a chef as the face of your brand, but it can be much more than that. I have worked closely with companies to develop recipes, prepare dishes, style food, research and develop the product as part of my role as brand ambassador. With my industry expertise, I can help you achieve your goals.
RECIPE AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
I have extensive knowledge in food and design, and have created many recipes
for projects such as MLA lamb promotion (for the American market), dry aged sheep project and Peerless oil campaigns. I can work with your organisations to help you meet your development goals.
CULINARY JUDGING
I am an experienced judge in Regional, National and International competitions, having been involved in over 70 events. I have also worked with companies such as Coles and MLA, judging internal competitions. I can work with your organisation on small in-house competitions, or cooking workshops, which can be effective for training and team building.
COOKERY TEACHING
I have been a Professional cookery Teacher at William Angliss Institute of TAFE for seventeen years. I hold a Diploma of Vocation Education and Training. Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Culinary Art. I can bring my wealth of experience to you by demonstrating and presenting to a small or large group.
