Heirloom Tomato Salad with Chermoula Lamb

Using a variety of tomatoes, picked at their best (preferably from my own garden) This colourful salad is the perfect compliment to bring out the Middle Eastern flavours from my Chermoula Lamb recipe. Substitute lamb for ethically grown two tooth or mutton for that extra flavour and peace of mind.
